My Journey so far..!!!

 ·
Hello Everyone, it’s been a long time that I didn’t post anything. Here’s something for all you and for everyone it’s quite interesting since everyone had or will have to face the situation. Without wasting any time, Let’s get into the matter directly. Be patient it’s going to be too long but I promise it syncs with almost all of you. ðŸ˜œ
In India, there’s a trend which goes on. If you don’t know what to do in future, people do engineering and then enter their dream field. Many of them dream to be MBA’s or do MS. But I had a dream of entering some different field (Social Sciences/Arts) which is obviously not engineering. But unfortunately, I had to join engineering because all the guys in dad’s friend circle are engineers. I followed the same herd and realized I’m in the wrong direction. However, I’m done with the engineering and now I’m sorting out the options whether to get into Services or MBA (NEXT ENTI). I realized services is a bit time taking and people around us will haunt us with their questions. I thought we can serve the society without any services (Civils/Groups) and started my MBA and HR is the field which fascinated me during my engineering days so I did my MBA in HR from one of the most prestigious universities in India and currently waiting.
Here comes the most interesting part. People around you (it may be family, friends, relatives) will start advising you. Do this job, that job, this is a good job, that is a good job, this is a low paying job, that is high paying etc... these are few irritating pieces of advice. My advice for all of you is to remain silent and just nod the head all the time and go ahead in the field you are most interested in. Never think of pay, if you love the job you will surely accelerate in that job very fast and you will be paid high in near future. But if u bend for the family, friends or relatives, they will make you bend for the whole life. You may join high paying job, but if you are not interested in that job or you are not passionate, it’s waste even if u earn 1cr/Day. That will not accelerate your career. I have N no.of friends who are just doing it for the sake of doing/earning. They don’t have enough passion to do that jobs. Just quit all those jobs and enter the field which you are most interested in.
At present, HR is the field I’m very much passionate about. I don’t want to listen to anyone in my career choice and I don’t care about the pay, even if it’s very less compared to others I will be happy, but I’m confident that I will get a good pay in long-term. There may be a situation in future where I may feel this is boring and at that time I will surely change my career into the field which interests me at that time.
“Don’t give options to your career. Take a chance and decide on your passionate career and rock in that area.”
“Use your Brain to think about Career, not Heart. Use your Heart when it comes to relationships, not Brain.” This is the funda followed by all the successful people, who live as an example for others. Even I like to be one of them, let's see where I will go in my Life
Thank you, if you read till here ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜œ❤️.
A very big thanks for all those who stopped in between or just liked it for the sake of it  and continue with your heart-wrenching career.😂
Waiting for your responses (might be arguments or suggestions or supporting the above )  . Here we goo...

A dialogue from a movie, which aptly says about the present #Freedom:

"The past generations (During Freedom movement), didn't have the #Freedom, but they brought it to the place they live with many efforts and struggles. Even the present generations don't have the #Freedom, but without struggling and putting a lot of efforts like previous generations did, we are flying away to the places where there is #Freedom and we are calling our on life is our freedom.
Birds and animals can live anywhere, but we are humans, not just us the place where we live must prosper and our neighbors too."

The above dialogue is rightly said about the present generations. We are just caring for ourselves, not even bothering about anything.

The true essence of Education is not about earning money and saving for future generations or enjoying it right now. The real essence of education is to behave like #Human and make earth a better place for next generations.

On this 71st Independence day, let's take an oath to protect our environment from the climate changes and let's support the "Rally for Rivers", started by #Sadguru for the future generations.
Happy Independence Day,
Jai Hind. ️🇮🇳🇮🇳

#Jallikattu Ban: I'm against #Jallikattu's ban.

Jallikattu ban is like killing a sport or culture. I don't say animals should be slaughtered after the game, it should be just like a game.

I don't know why PETA is against it. I just have a question for them, Yearly minimum of #52 #billions of animals are slaughtered across the world. Why can't these people (PETA) try to stop this killing of innocent animals?

According to the survey of FAO state of world fisheries report, Around 90% of the fish stocks are being over fished last year. That means only 10% of fish stocks were left last year. If we continue the same, it is very tough to maintain ecological balance which is very dangerous not only to marine but also to the environment. This is why sustainable goal 14 calls on us to use our marine resources sustainably for the upcoming generations.

According to other report by The Economist, Meat provides 17% of global caloric intake, but it takes disproportionate toll on the environment. The production of 1kg of Beef can create upto 1,000kgs of green house gases. Water usage is a problem too. It takes very less 214 liters of water to produce 1kg of tomatoes, but it takes more than 50 times of that to produce a kilo beef.
Like this, there are many surveys which clearly shows there is a serious problem which we have to face due to the lack of ecological balance.

During Festivals like Dussera and kanuma(Kanuma) 3rd day of sankranthi, lots of animals will be killed. During Ramzan, Lakh's of animals are killed on the name of Haleem and etc. During Bakrid, Lakh's of goats and sheep's are killed world wide and during Christmas and New year also the same happens. PETA should rather concentrate on these first and then come to cultural issues.
I'M NOT AGAINST ANY RELIGION, IT'S JUST A TRUE PHENOMENON IN EVERY RELIGION.

According to A veteran Tamil Director, #Jallikattu is a festival in which man is in danger position not the bull, and its a game whic is being conducted from past 4000 years.

#Jallikattu should not be banned until and unless no animals are slaughtered on the name of culture.

2016 #YearBook:
Its been very long time,I have posted my status. Some of my friends were like, 'what happened to you, why are you not posting any status?', here I'm back with my long story again for the friends who love me and my posts.

Early, in the beginning of this year 2016,its better to say 1st 6months of the year was the very tough time for me, since I have many failures. I got very low score in CAT, I failed in the last of selection process in my dream college Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). But finally got in to one of the best Business school in Hyderabad, Centre for Management Studies(CMS), NALSAR.

Last 6 months, i.e., from July to December 31st, it was best part of the year, probably in life too. New experiences came into my life in these months. Staying away from home was a life time experience. #Hostel life was completely new and experience at hostel was completely unbelievable. I got very good friends, who are really awesome, I don't want to name them as everyone are very good to me. We used to enjoy a lot. Late night talks, playing football, e.t.c. The best part of this University was, friendly faculty. They are really good. 1st sem which was of 4 months duration completed very soon.
Last two months of 2016, are most valuable days in my life. As our college has an MOU with T-Hub , we had an opportunity to do Internship @T-Hub. That was the best part of my life. T-Hub is a place where one can meet best minds of the industry working under a roof. I got an opportunity to work with a young, Inspirational, Enthusiastic, Idealistic and Innovative Entrepreneur #KISSHHAN, Its my pleasure to work for you #kisshhan. I learned many things from you, which may help in future for me, when I start my entrepreneur life. Its a pleasure to work for Team #TheRoboFest and #H-Bots. I had an opportunity to visit Pune as official trip which helped me to learn many things. Thank you #Kisshhan for your encouragement and strong believe on us. You gave us freedom that no other CEO gave. I heart fully wish you achieve great things in Life and you should be the superstar of Robotics in India and #H-bots as robotics hub in India Thanks for the team lunch on this very final day of the year 2016.

Last day at T-Hub was unforgettable. Interacted with many CEO's who were very happy with our classmates work and their help for their respective companies, many of them are ready to offer summer internships and placements too. I would thank CMS, NALSAR for providing an opportunity to work @ T-hub. I helped Two of my friends in getting internship for other company which is working on emerging technology.

One more special day, last Monday met my B.tech Friends, with an NRI #Harsha#knight, which was surprise for my other friends as no one knows he was back to India.

CMS friends, you are so special for me. I would like to thank each and everyone of you and my other friends for being a part of my life.

I love books. Books are best gift I believe and I received a book, STEVE JOBS from one of my best friend, Thank u for the gift on the very last day of the year, 2016. #Rich kid.

All the best to each and everyone for the upcoming year 2017. I hope and wish 2017 would bring you a great success and health.

Its time for each and every individual of our country to rethink about importance of sports:

Its time for each and every individual of our country to rethink about importance of sports:
U.S.A, a nation with a population of 36crores, sent 594 players to olympics, and in each and every olympics they will stand in top 2 positions in highest number of medals to a country. On the other hand, our neighbouring country, our counterpart, China with a sent 414 players, and always competes with U.S for the first place.
India Is a country with a population of 131  crore, but only 120+ players were sent out of them,i.e., not even a single person for one crore of population. Out of those 120+ players, only 2 players won the medals.
Where is the wrong, with the Indians?? Either it is in the individuals/ families or the government????
The wrong with us,starts from the family and the society, the moment we say, 'I want to play so and so game', the reaction comes In the way 'by playing that game, u r not going to become great as so and so player, who is excellent in that game'. In addition to that almost every indian parent say, first concentrate on your studies, later you can go for the sports if u show excellence in studies . 99.9% give up here itself. Such people play, only for fun, and spend some time happily with friends. Remaining 0.1% people they don't give up. They fight with each and every obstacle, be it game they play, criticism from the society,  poverty, e.t.c., ultimately these are the people who shine as best players for India and represent India at worldwide competitions.
Next coming to the wrong with government, Our government never encourages sports/ games. The allocations for the sports/games in our annual budget is very less.  Rs. 1592 crores were allocated for sports ministry for the fiscal year 2016-17. It is not even 0.1% of the total indian budget. Indian government is spending 12.15₹ on every indian for the sports. This is how our government shows interests on sports.
When a player wins a medal or championship at competitions across the world be it world championship or in Olympics , our governments simply, offers 1crore to 10crore as a reward on the behalf of the government and feels as their duty is over. Is rewarding a sports person is important? Yes, it is. But not giving them reward from the public money. If they are such capable, they should give those money from their pocket or from their party funds, but not from the people's money. Rewarding money is not the final thing, governments responsibility to create an environment for the upcoming sports persons, who are going to represent India in near future. Government simply reward the money for the winners and forget those players who showed their excellence at the various competitions held across the world . There are many instances where past Olympic winners are selling gol gappa for their livelihood survival.
Coming to one more interesting point, In India, people are very much interested in watching than to play. That is the reason why, IPL,ISL and other leagues are running in huge profits. Though, there are many people from rural areas/low income group families, who are shining through these league's,  but the main motto is not to bring out such people. The main motto is business. Just think for a while,in an year how many leagues are being conducted in India?? Almost every month we have a league either it may be IPL, ISL, hockey league,  kabaddi league e.t.c.. So we Indians are making the billionaires more richer, by watching these leagues, though they pay taxes to the government for conducting these leagues, governments are not interested in improving facilities for those people who are excelling in various leagues  who are basically from remote areas and from below poverty line families.
Its time to open our eyes, and start encouraging our next generation towards sports, we can beat world champions in each and every game. We can break every record, if we start encouraging our next generation's and facilitating them with best equipments and environment. As government has initiated "Make in India", "Stand up India", they should also take an initiatives in the field of sports,"Play  for India".

Goods and services Tax (GST), The constitution (122nd amendment) Bill, 2014.

Goods and services Tax (GST), The constitution (122nd amendment) Bill, 2014.

What is GST??
The tax that is implemented on any kinds of goods as well as services.
Or
GST tax is a consumption based tax, which is levied when a consumer buys a good or services.

Why does India need GST?
Purpose: GST is introduced majorly due to two reasons.
1. Current Indirect taxation structure is full of uncertainties due to multiple rates ( Eg: VAT, Excise Duty, service tax
2. Due to multiple rates, there are multiple forms and intern cumbersome compliances. This will improve tax compliances.

Highlights of the bill:
1. Parliament and state legislature will have concurrent powers to make laws on GST . Only the centre may levy an Integrated GST (IGST) on interstate supply of goods and services, and imports.
2. Alcohol for human consumption has been exempted from the purview of GST. GST will apply to 5 petroleum products at a later period.
3. The GST rate will recommend rates of tax, period of levy of additional tax, principles of supply, special provisions to certain states e.t.c.
4. The bill empowers the centre to impose an additional tax of upto 1%, on the inter-state supply of goods for two more years. This tax will accrue to states from where the supply originates.
5. Parliament may,by law, provide compensation to the states for any loss of revenue from the introduction of GST, upto a 5 Year period.

GST Council:
1. The GST council will consist of:
 a) The union finance minister (as chairman)
 b) The union minister of state in charge of revenue or finance
 c) The minister of finance or taxation or any other minister, nominated by each state government. All the decisions of the GST council will be made by three-fourth majority of the votes cast; the centre shall have one-third of the votes cast, and the states together shall have two-third of the votes cast.
The GST council will make recommendations on
 a) Taxes, cesses and surcharges to be subsumed under the GST.
 b) Goods and services which may be subject to, or exempt from GST.
 c) The threshold limit of turnover for application of GST
 d) Rates of GST
 e) Model GST laws, principles of levy, apportionment of IGST and principles related to place of supply;
 f) Special provisions with respect to the North eastern states, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, and Uttarakhand.
The GST council may decide the mechanism for resolving disputes arising out of its recommendations.

Key Featurs:
The bill enables parliament and state legislatures to frame laws on GST. The GST council, that includes representatives from the centre and all states, will make recommendations on the implementation of GST.
Scope of GST
1. GST is applicable on the supply of goods or services.
2. Alcoholic liquor for human consumption is exempt from GST.
3. Initially GST will not apply to
 a) petroleum crude
 b) high speed diesel
 c) motor spirit (petrol)
 d) natural gas, and
 e) Aviation turbine fuel.
The GST council will decide when it will be levied on them
4. Tobacco and tobacco products will be subject to GST. The centre may also impose excise duty on tobacco.

Levy of GST:
1. Both parliament and state legislatures will have power to make laws on the taxation of goods and services. A law made by parliament in relation to GST will not override a state law on GST.
2. The central government will have the exclusive powers to levy and collect GST in the course of interstate trade or commerce, or imports. This is known as Integrated GST (IGST).
3. A central law will prescribe the manner in which the IGST will be shared between the centre and states, based on the recommendations of the GST council.

Additional Tax on supply of goods:
An additional tax of upto 1% on the supply of goods will be levied by centre in the course of inter-state trade or commerce. This tax will be collected by centre and directly assigned to the states from where the supply originates.
This tax will be levied for two years, or for a longer period as recommended by the GST council. The central government may exempt certain goods from such additional tax.

The principles for determining the place of origin from where the supply of goods takes place will be formulated by a law of parliament.

Compensation to states:
Parliament may,by law, provide for compensation to states for losses arising out of the implementation of GST, based on the recommendations of the GST council. Such compensation could be for a maximum of five years.

Compromising on Career Goals, good or bad???

Compromising on Career Goals, good or bad???
The problem with the most of fresh graduates is,they have some other career goals, but they compromise by putting a full stop to their dream goal for which they are more passionate.

This compromise on career goals, may seems to be a small issue. But, the second we compromise on our dream goal, its the start of some disguised feeling inside ourselves.

There are 2 people inside us. One always say to compromise on every thing, and other always shout at you to face the challenge darely and whether you gain or loose from it. Here we cannot say who is correct, without having a situation.

Let us take career goals. If we follow the first man named compromise, our life ends there itself, because we die inside daily thinking that, we didn't do want we actually wanted to do. Some people take this issue as a small thing, but its never. If you feel that your job is very hectic once a day, that's not the field where you are interested. If you are really interested you don't see it as an issue, you will see it as an opportunity to learn new things from that and challenge yourself to solve that challenge.
Coming to second person, Darely challenging person. These people can succeed in achieving their career goals. But succeeding in career doesn't give your life complete success. Along with success in career, you need loving people to succeed in your life. Let us take an eg. of a man, he faced all the challenges darely without compromising at any stage, but when it comes to relationship he behaved in a same formula, without compromising, and finally the result was succeeded in career but failure in Relationship.

Now, coming to the main point, many graduates are compromising on their career goals and join an organization to work in which they are not at all interested. There are some reasons for joining.
1st reason, these are very crazy insanes . Because they have some different goals in life but they do join an organization for the sake of parents force,or for shutting the mouths of people around them, who poke their parents whether their son has got a job or not or to shut the mouths of relatives who shame parents when they meet at family functions e.t.c. These employees are really funny, I call them as brainless employees because employees allow others to walk through their minds with the dirty feet of such people. Here some employees feel proud that they are great and earning a lot and they may acquire top positions in that organizations. But the fact is they don't do their work with interest, they always hate their job life saying its a hell, whether they may not tell this to outside world but they feel it to themselves once a day at least. Why should you suffer because of others?? Its your life, live to its fullest by achieving your dreams though it takes sometime, nothing will happen. If others laugh at you, let them do. But make sure that one day, those people who laughed at you should come and say that you are unique from others and you are great. That's what we need.
2nd reason lack of financial support. In these kind of people there are again two types, 1st they join the organization for temporary period but become permanent employees and 2nd type are they earn the money they required, and they will follow their heart and achieve success in life by making their dreams come true.

3rd people who have succeeded in making their dream come true. These people are passionate towards the work assigned to them and they reach to a very good position in a near future.
Now let us come to relationship life, if people who cannot compromise with the society around them, by distancing all others and eyeing only on succeeding in your dreams or making more money, cannot give you complete happiness. Best example for this is Steve jobs. Throughout his life he concentrated only on developing his company by implementation of new technologies and making more and more money. But during the last days of his life he understood that money and succeeding in career is not the only thing, there is some other thing that is maintaining a strong relationships with the family, friends and all the people around us in our society.

So in life, never compromise on your career goals, challenge yourselves push yourselves and knock the door and open the door of success. But do compromise in a relationship whether it may be friendship, love or family, always compromise in these things, otherwise opening the door of success will not make your life happy, because once you stop compromising in a relationship your door will be locked with only one person that's you. So in life, to be happy and make others happy u need to compromise in a relationship but, not compromise on your career objectives.
