Its time for each and every individual of our country to rethink about importance of sports:

Its time for each and every individual of our country to rethink about importance of sports:
U.S.A, a nation with a population of 36crores, sent 594 players to olympics, and in each and every olympics they will stand in top 2 positions in highest number of medals to a country. On the other hand, our neighbouring country, our counterpart, China with a sent 414 players, and always competes with U.S for the first place.
India Is a country with a population of 131  crore, but only 120+ players were sent out of them,i.e., not even a single person for one crore of population. Out of those 120+ players, only 2 players won the medals.
Where is the wrong, with the Indians?? Either it is in the individuals/ families or the government????
The wrong with us,starts from the family and the society, the moment we say, 'I want to play so and so game', the reaction comes In the way 'by playing that game, u r not going to become great as so and so player, who is excellent in that game'. In addition to that almost every indian parent say, first concentrate on your studies, later you can go for the sports if u show excellence in studies . 99.9% give up here itself. Such people play, only for fun, and spend some time happily with friends. Remaining 0.1% people they don't give up. They fight with each and every obstacle, be it game they play, criticism from the society,  poverty, e.t.c., ultimately these are the people who shine as best players for India and represent India at worldwide competitions.
Next coming to the wrong with government, Our government never encourages sports/ games. The allocations for the sports/games in our annual budget is very less.  Rs. 1592 crores were allocated for sports ministry for the fiscal year 2016-17. It is not even 0.1% of the total indian budget. Indian government is spending 12.15₹ on every indian for the sports. This is how our government shows interests on sports.
When a player wins a medal or championship at competitions across the world be it world championship or in Olympics , our governments simply, offers 1crore to 10crore as a reward on the behalf of the government and feels as their duty is over. Is rewarding a sports person is important? Yes, it is. But not giving them reward from the public money. If they are such capable, they should give those money from their pocket or from their party funds, but not from the people's money. Rewarding money is not the final thing, governments responsibility to create an environment for the upcoming sports persons, who are going to represent India in near future. Government simply reward the money for the winners and forget those players who showed their excellence at the various competitions held across the world . There are many instances where past Olympic winners are selling gol gappa for their livelihood survival.
Coming to one more interesting point, In India, people are very much interested in watching than to play. That is the reason why, IPL,ISL and other leagues are running in huge profits. Though, there are many people from rural areas/low income group families, who are shining through these league's,  but the main motto is not to bring out such people. The main motto is business. Just think for a while,in an year how many leagues are being conducted in India?? Almost every month we have a league either it may be IPL, ISL, hockey league,  kabaddi league e.t.c.. So we Indians are making the billionaires more richer, by watching these leagues, though they pay taxes to the government for conducting these leagues, governments are not interested in improving facilities for those people who are excelling in various leagues  who are basically from remote areas and from below poverty line families.
Its time to open our eyes, and start encouraging our next generation towards sports, we can beat world champions in each and every game. We can break every record, if we start encouraging our next generation's and facilitating them with best equipments and environment. As government has initiated "Make in India", "Stand up India", they should also take an initiatives in the field of sports,"Play  for India".

Goods and services Tax (GST), The constitution (122nd amendment) Bill, 2014.

Goods and services Tax (GST), The constitution (122nd amendment) Bill, 2014.

What is GST??
The tax that is implemented on any kinds of goods as well as services.
Or
GST tax is a consumption based tax, which is levied when a consumer buys a good or services.

Why does India need GST?
Purpose: GST is introduced majorly due to two reasons.
1. Current Indirect taxation structure is full of uncertainties due to multiple rates ( Eg: VAT, Excise Duty, service tax
2. Due to multiple rates, there are multiple forms and intern cumbersome compliances. This will improve tax compliances.

Highlights of the bill:
1. Parliament and state legislature will have concurrent powers to make laws on GST . Only the centre may levy an Integrated GST (IGST) on interstate supply of goods and services, and imports.
2. Alcohol for human consumption has been exempted from the purview of GST. GST will apply to 5 petroleum products at a later period.
3. The GST rate will recommend rates of tax, period of levy of additional tax, principles of supply, special provisions to certain states e.t.c.
4. The bill empowers the centre to impose an additional tax of upto 1%, on the inter-state supply of goods for two more years. This tax will accrue to states from where the supply originates.
5. Parliament may,by law, provide compensation to the states for any loss of revenue from the introduction of GST, upto a 5 Year period.

GST Council:
1. The GST council will consist of:
 a) The union finance minister (as chairman)
 b) The union minister of state in charge of revenue or finance
 c) The minister of finance or taxation or any other minister, nominated by each state government. All the decisions of the GST council will be made by three-fourth majority of the votes cast; the centre shall have one-third of the votes cast, and the states together shall have two-third of the votes cast.
The GST council will make recommendations on
 a) Taxes, cesses and surcharges to be subsumed under the GST.
 b) Goods and services which may be subject to, or exempt from GST.
 c) The threshold limit of turnover for application of GST
 d) Rates of GST
 e) Model GST laws, principles of levy, apportionment of IGST and principles related to place of supply;
 f) Special provisions with respect to the North eastern states, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, and Uttarakhand.
The GST council may decide the mechanism for resolving disputes arising out of its recommendations.

Key Featurs:
The bill enables parliament and state legislatures to frame laws on GST. The GST council, that includes representatives from the centre and all states, will make recommendations on the implementation of GST.
Scope of GST
1. GST is applicable on the supply of goods or services.
2. Alcoholic liquor for human consumption is exempt from GST.
3. Initially GST will not apply to
 a) petroleum crude
 b) high speed diesel
 c) motor spirit (petrol)
 d) natural gas, and
 e) Aviation turbine fuel.
The GST council will decide when it will be levied on them
4. Tobacco and tobacco products will be subject to GST. The centre may also impose excise duty on tobacco.

Levy of GST:
1. Both parliament and state legislatures will have power to make laws on the taxation of goods and services. A law made by parliament in relation to GST will not override a state law on GST.
2. The central government will have the exclusive powers to levy and collect GST in the course of interstate trade or commerce, or imports. This is known as Integrated GST (IGST).
3. A central law will prescribe the manner in which the IGST will be shared between the centre and states, based on the recommendations of the GST council.

Additional Tax on supply of goods:
An additional tax of upto 1% on the supply of goods will be levied by centre in the course of inter-state trade or commerce. This tax will be collected by centre and directly assigned to the states from where the supply originates.
This tax will be levied for two years, or for a longer period as recommended by the GST council. The central government may exempt certain goods from such additional tax.

The principles for determining the place of origin from where the supply of goods takes place will be formulated by a law of parliament.

Compensation to states:
Parliament may,by law, provide for compensation to states for losses arising out of the implementation of GST, based on the recommendations of the GST council. Such compensation could be for a maximum of five years.

Compromising on Career Goals, good or bad???

Compromising on Career Goals, good or bad???
The problem with the most of fresh graduates is,they have some other career goals, but they compromise by putting a full stop to their dream goal for which they are more passionate.

This compromise on career goals, may seems to be a small issue. But, the second we compromise on our dream goal, its the start of some disguised feeling inside ourselves.

There are 2 people inside us. One always say to compromise on every thing, and other always shout at you to face the challenge darely and whether you gain or loose from it. Here we cannot say who is correct, without having a situation.

Let us take career goals. If we follow the first man named compromise, our life ends there itself, because we die inside daily thinking that, we didn't do want we actually wanted to do. Some people take this issue as a small thing, but its never. If you feel that your job is very hectic once a day, that's not the field where you are interested. If you are really interested you don't see it as an issue, you will see it as an opportunity to learn new things from that and challenge yourself to solve that challenge.
Coming to second person, Darely challenging person. These people can succeed in achieving their career goals. But succeeding in career doesn't give your life complete success. Along with success in career, you need loving people to succeed in your life. Let us take an eg. of a man, he faced all the challenges darely without compromising at any stage, but when it comes to relationship he behaved in a same formula, without compromising, and finally the result was succeeded in career but failure in Relationship.

Now, coming to the main point, many graduates are compromising on their career goals and join an organization to work in which they are not at all interested. There are some reasons for joining.
1st reason, these are very crazy insanes . Because they have some different goals in life but they do join an organization for the sake of parents force,or for shutting the mouths of people around them, who poke their parents whether their son has got a job or not or to shut the mouths of relatives who shame parents when they meet at family functions e.t.c. These employees are really funny, I call them as brainless employees because employees allow others to walk through their minds with the dirty feet of such people. Here some employees feel proud that they are great and earning a lot and they may acquire top positions in that organizations. But the fact is they don't do their work with interest, they always hate their job life saying its a hell, whether they may not tell this to outside world but they feel it to themselves once a day at least. Why should you suffer because of others?? Its your life, live to its fullest by achieving your dreams though it takes sometime, nothing will happen. If others laugh at you, let them do. But make sure that one day, those people who laughed at you should come and say that you are unique from others and you are great. That's what we need.
2nd reason lack of financial support. In these kind of people there are again two types, 1st they join the organization for temporary period but become permanent employees and 2nd type are they earn the money they required, and they will follow their heart and achieve success in life by making their dreams come true.

3rd people who have succeeded in making their dream come true. These people are passionate towards the work assigned to them and they reach to a very good position in a near future.
Now let us come to relationship life, if people who cannot compromise with the society around them, by distancing all others and eyeing only on succeeding in your dreams or making more money, cannot give you complete happiness. Best example for this is Steve jobs. Throughout his life he concentrated only on developing his company by implementation of new technologies and making more and more money. But during the last days of his life he understood that money and succeeding in career is not the only thing, there is some other thing that is maintaining a strong relationships with the family, friends and all the people around us in our society.

So in life, never compromise on your career goals, challenge yourselves push yourselves and knock the door and open the door of success. But do compromise in a relationship whether it may be friendship, love or family, always compromise in these things, otherwise opening the door of success will not make your life happy, because once you stop compromising in a relationship your door will be locked with only one person that's you. So in life, to be happy and make others happy u need to compromise in a relationship but, not compromise on your career objectives.

Difference between an educated and uneducated these days especially:

Difference between an educated and uneducated these days especially:

There are many uneducated people who doesn't know what government is doing. But they still try to know, what are the schemes that govt is introducing to some extent.

Now comes the educated. Here there are three types.

1st type: These people doesn't care what's happening in the country.

2nd type: These people can understand what government is doing and they strongly support some good works done by government and strongly argue and reject odd work's done by them. There's no problem with these people.

3rd type: These people can be called as ‪#‎Intellectuals‬,‪#‎Scholars‬ and all other beautiful words. These people have 20yrs of education, but don't know and they never try to know what good works a govt is doing, but they feel as if they have 50yrs of experience in governance at their 25yrs of age.

We can say that these3rd type people are dumb animals. These people see the world with a single eye, take a breathe with a single nostril and hear with a single ear. That's what the main problem with these type of people.

So, education is worst if you cannot recognise what is good and what is bad and what welfare schemes and how good they are ruling. I don't say a govt does 100% good things, some decisions will may be wrong, but people should use their common sense and support some good things that govt initiates. At the same time,Education is not merely required to know whether a govt is doing good work or not.

The power of self esteem:

The power of self esteem:

Everyone will realize their dreams at certain ages. But everyone cannot fulfil their them. There are some reasons for them. But if we stop chasing our dreams for those reasons its waste of living.

In the book 'Think and Grow Rich', author Napoleon hill, explains the story of Edward C.Barnes. Without a single penny with him, he dreams to become business associate for Thomas Alva Edison. One day he reaches the office of Edison, and starts working as an office boy. He continued to work for 3,4 years in that small job,but he never forgot why he came to Mr. Edison. He didn't think 'I cant achieve my dream', he thought 'My dream is very near and I can succeed in it' . One fine day he got an opportunity to prove himself, and he took that opportunity to sell a product developed by Edison. Everyone said that product doesn't go into market, but Barnes turned that opportunity into reality and sold some millions of products and thus he became the business associate of Thomas Alva Edison.

Edward Barnes had a dream. Everyone around him in the office and the ex-employees of that office felt that Barnes will become as the became, but he never under estimated himself and patiently waited till he got a chance to prove himself, as soon as the opportunity came, he used it well and showed to the world that, self esteem is the a gut feeling with which one prove that anything is possible if we have faith in ourselves, without that faith nothing can be achieved.

The same implicates to us. Never stop yourselves from achieving your dreams, just because others/family members, comment what you are doing. Its your life, live it to the fullest and never compromise on career goals until we reach them.

Good vs Bad. What is dominating in the present society???

Good vs Bad. What  is dominating in the present society???
Let us start with an example. If there is any argument going on in your neighbouring house with some  unknowns, though there's no mistake of our neighbours as we are eye witness, and if we try to go and support our neighbours, what our family members simply say,'go and sit in home, why do you want all those things?'. Imagine if the same issue happens in ur home and if no one supports you, though there's no mistake of you and you don't find support from people around you, what you and your family feel is, Humanity has died, no one has came to help us, though everyone know about issue.' They don't think what they have done in past, but they scold people around them if they doesn't come to help you.
What our family members, especially elders think that there are 90 worst people out of 100. But that's wrong. There are only 10 worst people out of 100. But these 10 people are uniting and they are causing severe damage to the society. But remaining 90 know what is happening,if any one person of them come out and react against them, those 10 people unite and hit this single person. And remaining people think that these 10 people are more strong, but they are forgetting that if 90 strong people unite and show their power, all the evil present around them can flew with in a short time.
We can link this formula with every aspects in the society. Let us see an example supporting above para. If we take an instance of corruption in an office. All the departments in that office have a mutual understandings and the shares which they have to take from the obtained bribes. I'm not saying 100%officers are in such a way but its just because of few people in that office, such things takes place. What we think is every officer is corrupt and govt is waste. But once if we use RTI act or just inform the anti-corruption bureau officers, the problem will be solved and they will never do corruption. But what we think is, if we call ACB officers or complain with the help of RTI, we may get into risk and we don't do that. If one person such thing, and if he faces threat from such officers what remaining people think is, 'why does he want to poke in all things? If he gives some bribe the matter may be closed na?'. These 90% people don't react and they don't even encourage the people who are reacting, in return they start criticizing the people who does that.
If 10 rowdies come to a place  and beat a single person for a small thing, 100 people around those 10 rowdies will just watch it as a film, but never oppose them, if a single person go and argue with them, we start thinking,'He has lot of itching, why cant he stay back, like us.' But they don't think let we 100 people join hands and make those rowdies run away from that place.
Due to few worst students,JNU and HCU universities are loosing their credit. If all the remaining students join their hands and kick those all students who are doing non-sense in the universities apart from studies, then we can see good things happening in universities as well as in the country too.
Now lets see if what 90% people unite and fight against evil things.
We can take 2 beautiful instances supporting it. 1st is Delhi rape incident, 2nd is Lokpal bill. On 16th December 2012, we all know about the rape incident happened in nation's capital, New Delhi, And in support of that incident entire youth of India has protested against it, which resulted in New act called,Nirbhaya Act and the age of people who commit criminals , who can be treated as minors has come down from 18 to 16. I'm not saying this act is 100% implementing, but its a result of unification of good people against bad things. Same thing happened with Lok Pal bill. Youth has urged and protested against govt, to pass lok pall bill in parliament.
One more best example is, Unification of people in Myanmar. This resulted in a democratic government to come into existence, which was leading by Aung-Sun-Suki. They won with a great majority agai st their opposition. She fought for democracy and She has been under house arrest for decades.
The conclusion here is, each and every person should be aware of good and bad. And we have to support good things. This should start from our homes itself and it should continue in our education too. Until and unless this happens, 10% percent waste fellows dominate, 90% people.

March 8th - International women's day:

There's a girl with whom I always argue and fight on celebrating, mother's day, father's day and all other days. Because, in our indian society we live with our family were we are headed by mother, father and siblings. So there's no need of a mother's day or father's day, since every day is a mother and father's day in our India. But women's day what I feel is different. So I want to dedicate it to all the women and specially I want to dedicate it the girl who always argues with me.

There is a saying that, God doesn't live every where, that's the reason he has sent woman to the earth. And its the right thing. Without help of a woman our day cannot be imagined.

A woman leaves her parents and come in to an unknown family to offer her services. She becomes a wife to her husband, she becomes daughter-in-law for their in-laws, mother for a children. Moreover she becomes a good manager of the entire family.

In our Indian culture we treat woman equal to the god.
We pray for goddess Annapurna Devi for Food,
We pray for goddess Sarawathi, for education,
We pray for goddess Lakshmi, for Money,
We pray for goddess Khali matha for protection.

No other country in this world has such a great and culture where woman is treated equally to the god,but our culture has it.

We have seen many women freedom fighters such as Jhansi Rani Lakshmi bhai, Sarojini Naidu, Annie Besant e.t.c., . There are many woman politicians who are ruling efficiently. Germany vice-chancellor Angela morkel, she was even placed in the world's most powerful women. South Korean president Park Geun-Hye, Brazil president Dilma Roussef and the list goes on.

Entire world is suffering in banking sector, but India is in a very good position and our banking system is running efficiently though world is facing economic crisis. Its because, majority of our Indian banks are headed by efficient women. SBI chair person,Arundhati Battacharya,ICICI CEO Chandha kochar, Axis Bank CEO shikha Sharma, e.t.c., This is a good example for saying that Women managers are efficient managers. By seeing our indian banking sector Even U.S has given the opportunity to a woman,Jenet Yellen, she is the 1st woman chair person of Federal Reserve of U.S.

Once swami Vivekananda goes to U.K. There a person asks swamiji,Why do indian women doesn't give shake hands?? Then swamiji asks him, whether the citizens of U.K offer shake hands to their Queen,he says No. Swamini replies ,"Every women in India is a queen, that's why we don't give shake-hands."

Now-a-days,We are seeing many incidents happening on women. These must be stopped. We  are born in a country where we respect women as a goddess. So always treat her as a goddess and as  queens of our country. Always help them when they are in need but don't knock them down.

Happy International women's day to all the women. 😊

Difference in thought process of North Indians and South Indians:

Difference in thought process of North Indians and South Indians:

Don't take me wrong in differentiating, but read it completely, you will find it is true.

Most of the parents and families in south India, they just want to complete their children's education in good schools, plus 2 from a corporate college and they want their children to complete their graduation from reputed colleges and secure a good job with a good salary. Especially South indian parents feel that if their children choose a different path apart from engineering/medicine, they feel as if that they are doing crime or throwing their children into dumping yard. The thing Is that they don't consider the interest of their children, though parents always think for the bright future of children, but its nit a right thing. I'm not saying that it happens in each and every family but more than 85+% of families especially in south Indians feel in this manner.

When in come to most of the north Indian families about 60-70%, there is an encouragement from the family to the interests of their children. They aim at becoming good managers, great entrepreneurs.

I can give an example for this, when we take the examples of CEO's of world famous companies, Google's CEO sundar pichai he is from Chennai, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella from Hyderabad, PepsiCo CEO, Indra nooyi, from Chennai, ICICI bank CEO, chanda kochar from Kerala, like these many top positions in corporate sectors are held by South Indians and north Indians as well. Our south Indians are just remaining as good employees,CEO's. Though its a proud thing we have to think to some more extent.

When it comes to north Indians, we can take the example of famous business people in India. If we see top 10 richest people in India, we find only a single person in that top 10 from south india. Mukesh Ambani of RIL, Dilip sangwi of Sun pharma, Azim premji of Wipro, Adi goedrej of Goedrej, Sunil Mittal of Airtel, like these we find all the people from north Indians.

What our middle class parents and most of the south indian families think is, if their children get a job in good corporate office or govt job, they think that the life of their children is beautiful. But in real sense, it doesn't work. Without lack of passion in the job or work they do, they can't grow fast in their field,if they do grow, they don't have satisfaction. That's the reason why we find domination of north Indians in all the fields. Maximum of Them enter the fields in which they are interested.

Many north Indians, don't work for money, instead they make money work for them. But we most of south Indian families end up in working for money and always end up in paying some or the other loans throughout lives.
If we want something more, suppose if we need to earn more money, we have to spend money for others. If you want to be happy, you have to make others happy, so that u will feel more happy. This is what most of billionaires do. The pay back to the society, but they still earn more and more than what they spend, that is secret of earning, and it implicates all the things which we need more. Example: Bill gates, warren buffet and Azim premji, these 3 people always stand first in philanthropy but they still stand in the same positions though they paid back huge amounts to the needy.

The conclusion here is,
 1. Enter the field which u r interested in, not what others say to do especially like south indian families does to do something to earn and live.
 2. Make money work for you but don't work for money.
 3. If u want something more, Pay back to the society some part of it. So that u can become rich in that. Either it may be happiness, money e.t.c.,

National Youth Day:

National Youth Day:
A single man stood behind the youth of India and inspiring young for them and their Mother land's great future. Let us see some interesting points about this great Indian monk who inspired great nation leader at the time of freedom and now for the youth of India, for its real freedom i.e., development in all the sectors and people of the entire India.

Its in the year 1893, Parliament of religions was taking place in Chicago, U.S. For that parliament 1000's of people to share their views on their religions. Though, this man didn't get invitation he went there in a saffron coloured dress. He was introduced to A professor of Harvard university by an American lady, after she got to know his knowledge and divine power which is necessary for present world by talking with her for a very less time where he lost the address of place where this parliament of religions was talking place. Professor talked to him and felt that he was nothing before thus great young man and took him to the place.

Professor wanted to introduce him to the secretary of that house, but that man rejected him by saying that he didn't have any invitation and he doesn't have any doctorate and should be equally talented with the doctorates of U.S. For this, the professor just said one word, if we equal all the doctorates of this entire Universities present in this U.S also will not be equal to his nation. Then they allowed him to sit on the stage. That Professor wanted to call the name of that great man, but he said no till the evening but at last not asking him, that professor called that great man to come on the Dias and asked him to share his views.

With some fear inside who stood up and came to the Dias and started his word with "My dear brothers and sisters of America" thus small greeting made all of them hear touching and the entire auditorium constituting of 7,000 people over there stood up and clapped for 3min. He is non other than "Swami Vivekananda".

He then started his speech and said that religions may be different but all the religions destination is the same. He didn't speak about his religion, which everyone over there did. He explained each and every religions present in the world and said that all are equal. For his speech everyone over there attended all the days for just his speech to the parliament. The organisers thought that audience may leave if swamiji's speech got completed and they decided to give him time for his speech at the evening time after all the persons over there were spoken.

His message, that all religions are equal was very very important thing now in present situations where many people are feeling intolerance towards other religions. His divine way and great path of attaining moksha must become inspiration to each and every indian and should maintain fraternity, peace, love and harmony without any differences in the religion.
It's the mind and thought process that brings the difference between the great persons and normal human beings. Behaving like a real human being is the essence of every religion.

He is the symbol of strength, he emblem of self confidence. By just looking at his face a luminous glow in his face brings a great strength, his powerful words are more powerful than the power of all the nuclear and thermal power plants present across the world. Through this great strength and power a man can transform his life, by transforming himself, he can transform the society, from the society to a state from a state to a country and from a country to a world. That's possible only if we follow this ideal person who removed the darkness with which everyone are degrading themselves and brought a light of strength, confidence by thinking in a positive way towards the life by chasing each and every difficulty a man faces.

First comes the nation and then comes all the remaining things like gender, caste, creed and religion. Awake from ur darkness of those and enter the doors of light by following humanity towards the fellow beings and then see the change.

His blessings should present on each and every human being on this earth and its time to find the solutions for the problems prevailing in present days and everyone should become a part of that in attaining a better society, a better state , a better country and a better world.

Wishing each and every indian a Happy National Youth Day and remain always young at your thoughts and sacrifice your life fir the progress of our nation.
Jai hind.
